At Scaffold2Success, we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources, tutoring, mentorship, and professional development services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any product or service.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources, templates, guides, and educational materials are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
However, refunds or replacements may be considered if:
- The file is defective or inaccessible
- The incorrect product was delivered
- There is a verified technical issue preventing access
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Tutoring, Mentoring, and Consultation Services
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for a refund.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Service Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with a service provided, please contact us directly so we can review and address the concern appropriately.
Workshops and Training Programs
Workshop and training registration fees may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
No refunds may be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise stated.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once processed. Members may cancel future renewals at any time if recurring subscriptions become available.
