At Scaffold2Success, we value professionalism, fairness, and respect for both our clients and service providers. Please review the following policy before purchasing products or booking services.
1. Purchases
All purchases made through our website are subject to product and service availability.
By completing a purchase, you agree to:
- Provide accurate payment and contact information
- Review product/service descriptions before purchase
- Comply with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and related policies
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
2. Digital Product Purchases
Digital products, including downloadable templates, guides, study materials, and educational resources, are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your product, please contact us for support.
3. Appointment and Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule tutoring, mentoring, consultation, or coaching appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Eligible Cancellation
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may qualify for:
- Rescheduling, or
- Credit toward a future session
Late Cancellation
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for refunds or credits.
Missed Appointments
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
4. Workshops and Group Sessions
Workshop and group session registrations may be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled event for possible refund consideration.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not qualify for refunds.
5. Membership Purchases
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once processed.
If recurring subscriptions are introduced in the future, members may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.
6. Cancellation by Scaffold2Success
Scaffold2Success reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services, workshops, or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, clients may receive:
- A rescheduled session,
- Store credit, or
- A refund where appropriate
